My Armalite M-15A4 is a flat top rifle with a 20” stainless steel barrel. I’ve removed the detachable rear sight and have added a fine AMT Professional 5 x 33 scope held in place in ARMS #22M rings. The acceptable factory trigger was replaced with a two stage adjustable Jewell trigger.
I’ve set this rifle up to be a target shooter and it’s capable of shooting a five shot group at 100 yards that can be covered with a quarter dollar coin using common factory load ammo.
